• Deliveries will be executed within 72 hours of payment of invoice
• Goods will be off loaded within a maximum distance of 5 meters from the truck
• Face bricks & blocks will be hand off loaded - all other bricks are tipped
• 6% breakages for tipped bricks is in compliance with sabs standards
• Access information:
  • It is of utmost importance to provide the correct information on your delivery notes before you make payment so that access may be gained to your property & goods correctly offloaded.
  • NB. Estates & complexes enforce restrictions for crane offloaded bricks to 5000 bricks per load
  • If access into the property is not available goods will be offloaded on the pavement or returned to the yard/warehouse for re-delivery at a later stage, this will result in extra charges needing to be paid for the second delivery

It is your responsibility to carefully check your delivered goods against your purchase order:

• Check that you have received the correct items ordered
• Ensure that the goods are not damaged*

*No returns for damaged goods will be accepted unless noted on the delivery note on the day of delivery. These damaged goods will then be taken back to the store for credit & refunded within 24 hours.

Goods that will not be accepted for return:

• Cement
• Sand / Stone

All other goods for return must be received within 7 days of purchase with your original delivery note.

These must be in the same condition as they were delivered in.

These goods will then be credited & refunded within 24 hours.

Please note that we do not collect goods for returns.
